  • Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses a low pressure washing technique, along with a mixture of algaecides, bleach, surfactants and water, to safely clean exterior surfaces of organic stains, mildew and algae. House washing uses this method instead of pressure washing that can damage houses.

  • Power washing and pressure washing use a much more powerful water pressure than soft washing and power washing is typically done to cement and trashcans only.

  • Prices listed are starting point minimums, these prices go up depending on how much extra chemical and time may be required to get job done.

    -Basic one car driveways $150.

    -Basic two car driveways $175.

    -Sidewalks, patios, & long driveways will depend on size. Please send details for a quote based on needs.

  • Gutter brightening is a cleaning method that consist of cleaning the outside visible part of the gutters, overtime gutters tend get dirty and only noticed after your house has been washed, many times this will give a appearance on the gutters that is called “Tiger Stripes”. Gutter Brightening will remove these stripes with a special chemical and a little scrubbing.

    Gutter brightening does not include the cleaning out of gutters.

  • Prices listed are starting point minimums, these prices go up depending on how much extra chemical and time may be required to get job done.

    -Standard 6’ tall 8’ wide fence section will be $25 per section with $150 minimum.

    -Standard decks will be $50 per 100 sq. ft. with $150 minimum.

    -Standard house wash under 2000 sq. ft. will be $250.

    -Standard house wash 2000-3000 sq. ft. will be $350.

    -Houses over 3000 sq. ft. please inquire with details.

    -Trash cans are an add on service to other services at the time we are onsite working.

    -$15 per basic trash can.
